When will my parts arrive?
Economy Order: shipped in 7 to 14 days from receipt of order. Priority Order: shipped in 4 to 7 days however this comes at additional cost. I need my parts now! we do offer 3D printing from other machines that do not have the lead time of the SLS machine and can be ready sooner. Please contact us for a quote.
If your file size is greater than the 25MB online quoting system limit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A STL file is the most commonly used format for 3D printing. Most CAD software can export your file in an STL format. If you are experiencing difficulty producing a STL file please see the Options If You Don't Have STL page. We will also accept the following file formats via email: .iges, .step, .stl, .SLDPRT (part files), .SLDASM (assembly file), Parasolid Files (*.x_t, *.x_b)

Yes, we also offer Polyjet and FDM printing services. Please email for quote.
Our 3d scanning service can scan your product to a STL file for printing & convert it to STEP, IGES, or any other 3D CAD file of choice, ready to upload to Solidworks, Autodesk inventor etc, for modification, measurements, stress analysis and more.
