Logistics and the Printing Process
Once we receive a print order from your customer:
- Our expert team check the printability of the clients file, like minimum wall thickness and other potential issues that could cnzse the print to fail.
- If the file has major errors, we will get in touch with the customer to advise they need to repair the file before it is ready for printing.
- Once the CAD file is ready, it is put into the production queue and scheduled for print with super powered laser beams.
- After printing, the parts are dusted off, then glass bead blasted to give a smooth surface finish.
- Once ready for shipping, the parts are packed then drop shipped via Priority Courier free freight Australia wide.
